Immigration Storytelling

March 21 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Pope Francis has said, “The Church without frontiers, Mother to all, spreads throughout the world a culture of acceptance and solidarity, in which no one is seen as useless, out of place, or disposable.”

Come and listen to the stories of immigration or share your own in an inclusive, supportive, and loving environment. Storytellers are not limited to the spoken word in sharing their stories. All forms such as various forms of art are welcomed. Also, if you would prefer to be anonymous, that option is available.

Attendees are encouraged to bring desserts/appetizers from their ethnic heritage if they are interested.

Please contact Bill Alt (walt@smspnewman.org), Jenny Ozor (ozorj@umich.edu) or Amy Ketner (aketner@smspnewman.org) for more information and/or if you are interested in sharing.
