On the last Monday of every month (occasionally, the date is changed due to holidays, etc.), St. Mary Student Parish holds a baptism discussion for new parents at 7:00 pm. Parents who are preparing to have their child baptized in the Catholic faith should pick up materials for the discussion from the Parish Office at least one week prior to the meeting they plan to attend. The baptism preparation packet contains articles and discussion questions for parents and godparents. It also contains a Baptism Registration form which must be filled out prior to class. At the discussion, parents (and godparents, if possible!) will have an opportunity to ask questions about Catholic Baptism and schedule their baptism in the Church. St. Mary Student Parish is grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the miracle of new life and welcome new members into our parish family through the Sacrament of Baptism.
