Professional Staff

Director of Stewardship
The incumbent will be expected to lead and manage the fundraising programs in support of this dynamic parish. A detailed position description can be found here. This is a full-time position with salary and benefits commensurate with experience in the context of a parish setting.

Peer Minister
St. Mary Student Parish seeks two recent college graduates interested in a year of service in campus ministry. As peer ministers, these individuals will gain valuable experience that can be applied not only to careers in ministry, but also education, social work, higher education, human services, non-profits, and more.

Peer Ministers will:

• Work full time as part of St. Mary's campus ministry team
• Maintain leadership positions in a variety of parish programs
• Serve as a peer mentor to undergraduate and/or high school students
• Work with Associate Director of Campus Ministry to shape specific job responsibilities according to personal interests
• Participate in structured personal faith formation opportunities, such as retreats and spiritual direction
• Design a personal project to be implemented and showcased to the parish at the completion of the internship
• Receive housing, a living stipend, insurance, and parking

Internships
One need not be considering a career in ministry to benefit tremendously from an internship with St. Mary's. St. Mary's staff is composed of 20 professionals whose varied backgrounds including communications, engineering, social work, education, theology, and business provide a diverse learning environment.

Interns will:

• Gain valuable insight into working for a faith-based non-profit
• Meet bi-weekly with intern cohort for professional development and formation sessions
• Network with St. Mary's parishioners who work in varied professions
• Gain practical skills and experience in your area of interest
• Design a personal project to be implemented and showcased to the parish at the completion of the internship
• Receive a $500 stipend per semester
