"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that you may have life, and have it abundantly. " —John 10:10
Life is a gift from God, and we are called to cherish this gift in our lives and in the lives of others. We often recall that Christ came that we might have life, and have it more abundantly. He has left that work for us to continue, as His followers. To protect and foster the dignity of life of all of God's people must be our passion and unceasing desire.
One of the ways we support life is our care for the unborn. Supporting all efforts to promote healthy living for women who are pregnant is an important work of the Church. Here, close to the U of M campus, we are lucky to have a clinic to provide support for pregnant women, especially those who did not expect to be pregnant and are seeking assistance to find out what options are available to them.
If you are pregnant, please contact Arbor Vitae Women's Center. Their website with contact information is www.Arborwoman.com. They will give you the understanding and loving support you will need.
